I paint.

These are sum paintings. Look at them. Here is a link to the album if you want full-res copies I guess. All of these were scanned using my shitty HP deskjet printerscannercopier deathmachine. Therefore, they are all much bigger than this in real life. Well, that is to say that the scanner cuts off lots of them. YAY!

These two are part of one piece.

This is a paint on a woodburned portrait of Jesus.

This a tree and a hand done in crayon.

This is glitter.

Glitter gets fucking everywhere...

Those are pieces of tin foil.

This is a paintbrush.

This is what I mean, I think.

Authority does not allow you to experience real personal consequence. You are only accountable for as far as your actions are punishable. For example if I steal from food from a grocery store, they are out a few dollars, and my gut is filled. But, the cashiers who let me walk out of their with that few dollars are possibly in jeopardy, because stealing is illegal. Not too mention what would have happened to me if I were caught... The employees involved are now required to appeal their actions to the those in charge, and those in charge are now required to appeal their actions to those superior. All this is happening simply because I didn't adhere to a piece of this hierarchy. Instead of exchanging food for a piece of paper I took it. In this scenario myself, the would be culprit, gets off scot-free, and the unobservant cashier is the one who will take the hit. Is this fair? This idea of, consequence; equals and opposites, applies very clearly in such a rigid hierarchical system, and living in such a system, we are all familiar with this idea of consequence. No one is really required to say who was wrong or who was right. We all know I was wrong, and yet so is the cashier for their negligence. But, not those who are 'in charge.' This is not to say that any personal moral conflict in this kind of situation is non-existent. It just isn't necessary, and is easily ignored.

But what if this hierarchy is removed? Are we then left to mill around hitting each other in the face because we don't know we cant? The obvious answer is no. And to assume otherwise is to ignore something innate in every person. The reason that assumption is made; that removing rules results in chaos is that because of the rules we need not have any personal idea of consequence or responsibility. What Anarchism aims to do is free us from that hierarchy. Those oppressive social mechanizations that force us into tiny inhuman niches where our only purpose is to produce. The ability to act freely. Liberation. To be human, and work together towards a mutual goal. Solidarity. The freedom to experience real choice, real consequence, and real responsibility. To live.

LISTEN!

Here is some more free music... Since the stuff I make myself is usually un-listenable by most spoiled and consumerism trained discerning ears... I suspect that all is fail as far as this goes, but I will try anyway. Just extract the folder, and double-click the LISTEN.m3u file in there. If you can't handle it... Then, put down the mouse and back away from the computer slowly.

HEY!

I said hands off the mouse, and BACK. AWAY. No one needs to get hurt.

FEATURING! BassNecter?!, Torche!, Capsule!, ummm... Something else? Just listen, and explore.

Featuring! King Crimson, Einsturzende Neubauten, Polvo, Gorillaz, Converge, Fear Factory and more!

It's feels like what I am.

Hums, and trills, or spills!
Waves, in perfect frequencies,
Fed into me.
And, down, deeply.
It grows to show,
I am a part of these,
Vibrations, and lives. The trees.
Seas; "the gathering green"!
Hands clasped, against or for.
Its all the same; giving.
Touch.
This is how I know I will be, and not be specifically one or two, but always everything.

The universe, experiencing itself in different ways.

The Sun,
As it yawns across the sky,
Moving among the Moon and Stars,
Warms the hands of the Earth.
From innumerable fingers stretching;
Thick, brown, frothed peat and mud,
Death and rot. Life and Filth, green and pure rise forth.
Held up by these great, cracked mired, and worn hands
To kiss the arc of the universe.
Skyward, they are moved, without themselves.
Forgetting their pedestal; swaying in the Sun's heat.
Craving and starving for it's light.
At last, at the top, hand in hand with Sun and Stars
They burn and fall away
as the Moon creeps out in the coming darkness
to guide the Hands that catch Their ashes.

I like Elves. So, FUCK YOU!

"For the Elves the world moves, and moves both very swift and very slow. Swift, because they themselves change little, and all else fleets by: it is a grief to them. Slow, because they do not count the running years, not for themselves. The passing seasons are but ripples ever repeated in the long long stream. Yet beneath the Sun all things must wear to an end at last."

-Legolas, on time travel.

This is awe-full.

After maybe two long, standard weeks of work and impatience. I have pieced together this shitster piece. I hope you fucking hate it...

Jimmy Page...

I would like to say that "Since I've Been Loving You" is one of the most perfectest songs ever. If not the most. It's purple, tastes like peanut butter crunch, and moves like a sweet sultry leviathan. Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

formspring.me

What music are you listening to today?

Tool, Tom Waits, and Potentially The Melvins.

Ask me anything

...Go fuck yourself with your atomic bomb.

Whores and empty cans, broken
boxes,
aluminium foil
Hands
bleed perservatives and yellow five

Toiling endlessly against thier wills
wading through

boredom

In listless and aimless eggshell insubstantial lives.

Why fight it? You don't have to.

It's all fucking lies.
Nothing is honest
The hum in your ears that is the din of the road
phantom tinnitus
all fucking lies

The towers climbing to the clouds
filled with blood that was traded
for blank sheets of ticker tape...

I want to watch the numbers fall
I want to see the neighbors eat each other
I wan to run screaming into the woods
with everything behind me burning...

Lies on top of lies on top of lies covering up the truth that is now a lie that was a lie before it was the truth and that covered a lie that was the truth

Just crash
and burn
and cry
and apologize
give up
go away

Open your eyes.

FUCK KANSAS.

"Google's plan to scan and sell books online."?!

LOOK AT THIS! Google...you are really starting to scare me.

"Provisions such as the "opt out" option imply that if a person is silent, he is deemed to have consented to an agreement, thus fundamentally altering his rights, the Indian authors and publishers said in a statement."

Here's the whole article as well if you're too lazy to click from slashdot.

28 January 2010

Moo. Baa.

Obama went on tv and said some shit tonight. I didn't listen. I could hear my mom cheer and jeering from the next room though, touting his "Health Care Reform" and some other rhetorical shit about colleges. The same ole' riggamarole!

Mmmm lots of short sentences, and dumb words.

soup.

I didn't listen, so I don't know if he talked about the recent SUPREME COURT ruling over CORPORATIONS, their right to 'free speech' and their right to spend however much damn money on whatever politicians they want...

I don't know if he mentioned it all... I hope he did.

More importantly, I'd like you to take a second and reflect on how much SAY you had in that decision. Where was your free speech then? Did you get to use it? And, if you could have (or did...somehow) do you think it would have made a difference?

The Dough-nuts in the Dumpster

I owe a man some money, but I didn't have it. Instead of killing me he invited my brother and I to partake in his massive bag of dough-nuts that he and his friend had plucked from a dumpster.

Later, after the stomach crept up on me in bed, I thought to myself "They have poisoned them to kill raccoons."

The best dough-nuts I have ever eaten.

Burn it down.

20 January 2010

music is it good when good it is music

The Melvins are better than shit. So much better than shit that I can't stop listening to or liking them. They came before so much shit that is not is good as they will forever be. To describe their sound: seven trucks full of shit crash into a wall made of shit and it explodes into the most oppressive shit you have ever shat. Like, fuck all, I love them.

Find their things and listen.

I would also, for no real related reason recommend The Locust's Safety Second, Body Last, and the Coalesce and boysetsfire split if only for Vehicle.

19 January 2010

I use this because it is free!

I know the FBI will see this...someday. Man, I sound like a serial killer when I say that. I'm not. I swear that the only thing I ever killed was my own idea-ology. Massacred that. Sailor's without ships aren't really much of themselves. Defined only by their hats or coats, right? I do nothing, and only nothing. I dream of doing everything. This culture of consumption is killing everything that we love. Not only that, but it is keeping us from creating anything. Our self-expression and individuality are all purchased and broadcast to us free of charge everyday. Pick it up or lose it. Pay attention if you're not seeing it. I am. I'm trying to stop it, and myself.

You'll see. Eventually.
